1. About White Paw Prints™

White Paw Prints™ offers apparel, accessories, drinkware, bags, gifts, custom designs, and other merchandise featuring original White Paw Prints designs and artwork.

Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, pricing, and other product details may change from time to time.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

3. Products

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printing method, fabric, material, or manufacturing process.

Because some White Paw Prints™ merchandise may be individually printed or produced, minor variations in print placement, size, or appearance may occur.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute product defects.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

White Paw Prints™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- Suspected fraud
- Payment problems
- Incorrect product information
- Technical errors
- Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

6. Custom and Personalized Products

Some White Paw Prints™ products may be personalized, custom printed, or made specifically for a customer's order.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing names, wording, images, colors, sizes, and other customization information before submitting an order.

Once production begins, custom or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except when the product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved order, or when otherwise required by law.

7. Customer-Submitted Images and Designs

If you submit a photograph, image, name, artwork, logo, text, or other material for use on a custom product, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You grant White Paw Prints™ permission to use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your requested product.

We may refuse material that we reasonably believe infringes another person's rights, violates applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate for our services.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the White Paw Prints™ name, logos, original cat artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, slogans, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to White Paw Prints™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a White Paw Prints™ product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce, resell, copy, modify, digitize, distribute, or commercially exploit the design itself.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supply issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
